attempt to be as accurate as possible at the
time you place your order. However, Amakia.com
does not warrant that product description or
other contents of this site are accurate, complete,
reliable, current, and error-free. The Picture/specifications
may be changed by the manufacturer and expecting
date for the delivery are estimates only. The
operator of Amakia.com reserves
the rights to make changes or improvements at
any time. |

All UK customers in England, Wales,
Scotland, Offshore & Northern Ireland must
sign up either a personal or business account
at Amakia.com which is part
of online ordering process. Amakia.com
regret that we are unable to accept international
orders. Amakia.com accepts the
following payment methods:
Bank Transfer: We can accept CHAPS and
BACS transfers, please contact our sales department
for further information.
Cash: Must be paid at the office only,
Do NOT send cash through the post or carrier.
Cheques: Please allows 7 working days
for the cheque to clear before we can dispatch
the product(s).
Credit/Debit card (3.5% Surcharge):
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa
Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo and American
Express via Online PayPal and you don't have
to be member of the PayPal account in order
to use it.

Amakia.com operates
a standard TNT/CityLink & Target Express
next day delivery services for UK only (England,
Wales, Scotland, Offshore & Northern Ireland).
In-stock products:
For the next day guarantee delivery: From
Monday to Thursday, if you could please send
the payment (PayPal/Bank Transfer) before
4.30pm, Amakia.com would be
able to dispatch the product(s) on the same
day and you will get it next day. On Friday,
before 4.30pm and you will get your product(s)
on Monday or before 3.30pm to get the delivery
on Saturday.
Out of Stock product(s):
Our expecting dates for the delivery are
estimates only this might be on time, slightly
delay or even prolong delay. We will inform
you in case of the delay in the delivery of
the product(s) Amakia.com
will try its best to ensure that all goods
are delivered on time; split-up consignments
will NOT be charged extra for the delivery
services.

According to Customer Protection
Regulations 2000 Under Subject to the right
of consumers to return goods for refund - Amakia.com
strongly advise you to check suitability and
specification of products before ordering, as
Amakia.com does not sell the
products on a trial basis.
The risk shall pass to you as soon as the product(s)
are dispatched from the warehouse. You must
inspect the product(s) on delivery. If any product(s)
is damaged or you receive the wrong product(s),
please notify us within 3 working days by contacting
sales department.
Most of our products carry a 12 month manufacturer's
warranty, you must deal directly with the appropriate
manufacturer and follow with their instructions
and warranty procedure. We would be happy to
provide you with the contact information for
the appropriate manufacture. |

The Website, the email, the quotation,
the proforma and the invoice from Amakia.com
endeavor to be as accurate as possible at the
time you place your order. In case the error
is found at the time you place your order, we
will inform you as soon as possible and you
will be offered alternative options for re-confirming
your order at the correct price and expecting
date, you may then request partial refund or
cancel order (full refund). |
